Run Action
Start a saved action once now; it finishes in the background and its result lands in Activity. Subject to the action's capability flag, the unpaid guard, and Data Credit checks exactly as in the dashboard; running may spend credits. When the response carries a run_id with status running, the run is queued: poll get_action_run with that id until its status is succeeded or failed, then read its result. An Account Watch over several accounts finishes at once with one run per account in result.account_runs; poll each run_id there. Organization-wide; requires owner/admin.
Organization API Token (prefixed sk_) sent as Authorization: Bearer sk_.... Create one in Settings and grant it scopes. Server-side only.
